'PaperQuayStudio' initiated as a dream to introduce true Neapolitan pizza to London. The Rossi family established our pizzeria in 1985, beginning as a quaint, family-managed spot with recipes passed down for many years.
Marco Rossi, the creator of our brand, mastered the craft of pizza in Italy, learning from renowned pizzaiolos in Naples— the cradle of pizza. Upon her return to the UK, her mission was to replicate true Italian pizza using age-old methods and premium ingredients.
Our journey started with just 12 seats and has since evolved into a cherished local staple, while our focus on exceptional quality and genuine preparation continues. Our traditional wood-fired ovens, daily freshly-made dough, and top-notch ingredients attest to our dedication.
Today, 'PaperQuayStudio' is still in the hands of the Rossi family, with the second generation at the helm, directing a devoted crew. We’ve adopted new techniques but our essence endures: crafting delectable, genuine pizza that unites people.
