Order Cancellations
Orders that have not been prepared yet can be cancelled within 5 minutes of placing them. If an order is cancelled in this timeframe, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method. If the order has already been prepared, cancellations are no longer possible.
Refunds for In-House Dining
If you are dining in at our location at 43 Bedford Street, Westminster, London, United Kingdom, and a mistake has been made with your order, please notify our staff immediately. We will do our best to correct the issue. If we are unable to rectify the mistake, we may offer a partial or full refund or a discount on your next purchase, subject to our discretion.
Refunds for Delivery or Pickup
For orders placed online through our website paperquaystudio.sbs, or over the phone +44 20 7946 0958, please contact us immediately if you find any issue. We will review your complaint and work with you to resolve it quickly and satisfactorily. Refunds will be processed in the following cases:
- If you received an incorrect item and we cannot send the correct item within a reasonable time.
- If your order has not been delivered or it was significantly delayed due to our error.
Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method within a certain number of days, depending on the policies of your credit card issuer or payment provider.
Non-Refundable Items
Please note that certain items such as special orders, promotional or sale items, and gift certificates are non-refundable.
Exchanges
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not offer exchanges on any food items. If you reach out to us with a concern about your food, we will work on a case-by-case basis to provide an appropriate solution.
